If you wish to return the item/s you have bought, the return will need to be done within 15 days from purchase.
Before you begin the shipping process, please email us first to let us know the reason for the return. You can email us on shop@mockepaddling.com
You will be responsible for shipping the item/s back to the the sender (this includes all logistics as well as costs)
The item/s cannot be used and should remain in its original packaging with all labels still intact
Once we receive the item/s, we will issue a refund. Please send us your banking details in your initial email for the refund process.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Should the item/s you bought be defective, please pop us an email on shop@mockepaddling.com letting us know of the defective item/s
We will arrange the shipping on our account, and will check when would be convenient for the courier to collect the item/s
We will either arrange a refund or a brand new item to replace the defective item
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange the item/s you have bought, the exchange will need to be done within 15 days from purchase.

Should we not have stock of the item you are wanting, you will be given the option of a refund or we will send you the item as soon as we have stock
