At Mocke Paddling, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Within South Africa
• We deliver nationwide via trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or outlying areas may take a little longer.
• Shipping costs are a standard rate throughout South Africa.
3. Order Tracking
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your parcel online using the link provided in your confirmation email.
4. Shipping Delays
While we always strive for prompt delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:
• Courier or logistical issues
• Extreme weather conditions
• Customs inspections (for international orders)
Mocke Paddling cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, but we’ll do everything possible to assist and keep you informed.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your delivery information before confirming your order.
• If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
• If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
